SMS Terms

Program name

Blackbeard by Loot waitlist messages.

What you'll receive

• A one-time verification code when you enter your number on blackbeard.ai.
• Waitlist messages: confirmation that you've joined, occasional updates, and an invitation when your spot opens.
• Replies to messages you send us, including HELP and STOP.

While you're on the waitlist we won't send you texts about your bank accounts, bills or payments. Those will only start if you join the full service and agree to its terms.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number on blackbeard.ai and tapping "Send code", next to a notice that links to these SMS Terms. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. While you're on the waitlist, expect a few messages a month at most.

Cost

Blackbeard doesn't charge for these texts. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and then no more. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again on blackbeard.ai.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email support@blackbeard.ai.

Carriers

Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We use your number only as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms. We'll post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date. If a change affects what we text you, we'll let you know by text.
